Dr. Jonathan F. Powell received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Texas-Houston Dental Branch in 2004. While in dental school, he received numerous awards for the research he did while on a fellowship that took him to the United Kingdom. Dr. Powell also published two research articles in prestigious dental journals. At graduation, he received two awards. One was the Greater Houston Dental Society Community Dentistry Award and the other was the Dental Public Health Award for Community Service.

Dr. Powell, an Eagle Scout, believes in the benefits of service. He has gone on dental missions to the jungles of Nicaragua and Guatemala. Dr. Powell is also very active in his church.

Dr. Powell loves to spend time with his wife Anne and their beautiful daughters Kelly, Brooke, and Rylee. Dr. Powell has been providing quality, personal dental care in Ft. Bend County since dental school graduation. The community has embraced Dr. Powell and his family. Dr. Powell and his team have recently moved into a wonderful new, state-of-the-art facility at 1806 Thompson Road that will allow Dr. Powell to continue to take care of your smiles for many years to come.
